Anne, Tracy and Rebecca see patients by appointment throughout the week.

They run a variety of clinics including taking blood samples, blood pressure monitoring, electrocardiogram tests (ECG), NHS health checks, memory screening, removal of stitches, COPD checks and many more.

Mo is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of The Paddock Surgery, ensuring the practice runs efficiently and delivers high-quality patient care. His role covers a broad range of responsibilities, including business planning, human resources, patient safety, facilities management, and information technology. Mo works closely with the GPs and clinical team to support the effective delivery of patient services and to continuously improve the practice’s performance and patient experience.

Our Patient Services Advisors are here to help you. They have first contact with the patients and it is their job to help and advise you within the guidelines laid down by the Doctors and the Manager. They are fully trained and operate within a strict code of confidentiality. The more detail you give them of your requirements, the better they will be able to provide the service you will need.

They answer the phone, deal with enquiries, take repeat prescriptions and liaise with the clinical team.

Their job is very demanding so please be patient.

The drop in ‘one stop shop’ baby clinics are held at the following locations:

Savile Town Sure Start Childrens Centre (Pentland Road) Tuesdays 1pm to 2pm 

Thornhill Lees Sure Start Childrens Centre (Brewery Lane) Wednesday 1pm to 2.30pm

Thornhill Sure Start Childrens Centre (Edge Top Road) Thursday 9am to 10.30am
